Conference Theme: Consumption
Students may interpret this term in a variety of ways and approach it from any discipline. For example, students may examine
consumption of natural resources
consumerism and economics
consumption of alcohol or drugs and its consequences
consumption of food and poverty
literature that focuses on some type of consumption
consumption of images and media, etc.
Students should submit a description of their project, a title, and their contact information to bentzmin@bloomu.edu at any time before the April 2, 2012 deadline. Students may read papers, give PowerPoint presentations, give talks, or participate in a poster session. If you have ideas for other types of presentations, please contact Betina Entzminger.
Annual Spring 2012 Conference Update
The Spring 2012 undergraduate conference will be hosted by Kutztown University of Pennsylvania on April 7, 2012. Details, such as a conference schedule and hotel information, will be posted as they become available.
